What the workmanship warranty covers
Our 10-year workmanship warranty covers any defect related to the installation of equipment we provided — including refrigerant connections, electrical terminations, ductwork we fabricated, and condensate management. If a covered issue arises, we repair it at no cost to you.
What the equipment warranty covers
New systems carry the manufacturer's parts warranty. We register your equipment at the time of install so you receive the maximum available coverage. Manufacturer terms vary by brand and model; your comfort advisor will provide the specific certificate for your system.
Keeping your coverage active
Most manufacturers require annual maintenance to keep equipment warranties valid. A Truth maintenance plan satisfies that requirement and keeps your system running efficiently.
