Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you provide — your name, phone number, email (optional), ZIP code, the service you need, and any details you share about your home. Our website also records the page you submitted from and, if you arrived from an ad or search campaign, the campaign identifiers in the link (such as UTM tags or a click ID) so we know how you found us.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, schedule service, and perform the work.
- To follow up about your request by text message or phone — including through an automated assistant — if you gave consent on the form. Your consent choices, the exact disclosure you saw, and the time you agreed are stored with your request.
- To send marketing texts (offers, maintenance reminders) only if you separately opted in to those.
- To measure and improve our website and service.
Text messages and automated contact
Consent to automated contact is never a condition of getting service. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and get program info by replying HELP. A prior opt-out is honored even if a later form is submitted for your number.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand site usage. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner; if you decline, those cookies stay off. Independently of that banner, a first-party cookie may remember the campaign that brought you here so your request can be attributed correctly. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. Your request details are shared only with the service platforms that operate our intake and scheduling — for example, the system that sends our text responses — and only as needed to handle your request. All web traffic to this site is encrypted (HTTPS).
Retention
We keep service records, and the consent records described above, for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal record-keeping obligations.
